We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still conveniently situated in the center of Rotterdam. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the free parking, which made our stay even more convenient. The staff were professional, responsive, and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our time here. The hotel's restaurant was exceptional, offering delicious meals and a relaxing atmosphere. we were impressed with the spacious room, which had a great view and an efficient mini-refrigerator. The availability of TV channels in English and French was also a plus. We particularly appreciated the option for a late check-out, allowing us to make the most of our stay in this city.

During my stay at Novotel, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. On the first night, I encountered an issue with a clogged toilet in my room. I immediately contacted the reception and within minutes, a helpful staff member arrived to resolve the problem. Their prompt response and willingness to assist left a positive impression on me.

We had a great time during our Christmas stay at this hotel. the check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient, allowing us to start enjoying our holiday right away. the staff were very responsive and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of space for us and our belongings. the location of the hotel was also convenient, especially for those traveling by car, as it was close to the Ahoy Messe. We also appreciated the hotel's green surroundings, which provided a perfect place for us to walk our dogs.

the third bed in our room was not as comfortable as expected.

As someone who takes off early, I loved the convenience of the location near the bus and tram, as well as the proximity to Erasmus University. The staff at Reception were exceptionally friendly and efficient, providing quick check-in and check-out. The room was modern, spacious, and comfortable, with a convenient work desk and extra sofa/bed. I also appreciated the availability of bike rental for exploring the area.
